Pay Rate: 25,000-28,300 per annum depending on experience
Grade: RCS P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time), 40 hour working week
Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7 (includes weekend working from time to time), rotational between 06:00-14:00 (6am-2pm), 14:00-22:00 (2pm-10pm) and 22:00-06:00 (10pm-6am)
Location: Worcester, WR4 9FA (close to bus links)

We're now looking for a Warehouse Trainer to lead inductions and coordinate training for Manual Handling Equipment (MHE). You'll deliver engaging presentations, keep training records up to date, and make sure trainers are in the right place at the right time.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Liaising between First Line Managers, Control Room Teams and other departments to help deliver cohesive training
• Updating training matrix's on Excel, provide reporting, composing e-mails and general computer based tasks
• Delivering inductions, MHE training and coaching

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Have experience coaching or training individuals and are able to explain tasks clearly in a way that everyone can follow
• Are IT literate - using Microsoft Power Point to create and deliver presentations, Excel for updating reports and similar tasks and using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) like Red Prairie (or similar)
• Are motivated by promoting that equipment is used properly on site
