Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker / Trade Counter Operative/ Driver to join our team. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy. Prepare and pack orders for dispatch. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided if necessary). Deliver goods on our own vehicle. Manage stock levels and ensure the warehouse is organized and tidy. Assist customers at the trade counter with product inquiries and purchases. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential. Valid and clean driver's licence; experience as a delivery driver is an advantage. Strong customer service skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members. Capability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work well in a team and independently. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. A proactive attitude towards safety and adherence to health regulations within the warehouse.

Hours required

0700-1700 Monday to Friday.
