Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Warehouse/Driver to join our team. This role involves both warehouse operations and driving responsibilities, ensuring the efficient handling of materials and timely deliveries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of warehouse management systems and have experience in materials handling, stocking, and shipping & receiving. Support will also be required in the office and in helping customers when they visit the showroom.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory using a warehouse management system, ensuring accurate stock levels. Perform materials handling tasks, including loading and unloading goods from lorries. Execute picking & packing duties to prepare orders for delivery and collection. Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment. Assist with heavy lifting as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Support shipping & receiving operations, verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation. Collaborate with team members to optimise workflow and improve operational efficiency. Helping support in the office by answering telephone calls and processing sales orders.

Experience

Previous warehouse experience is essential, with a strong understanding of stock management practices. Good communication skills. Working as part of a team. Bathroom knowledge would be good, but not essential. IT experience.

Pay: 24,420.00-25,000.00 per year
