We are expanding our warehouse team and are looking for committed individuals who take pride in delivering exceptional standards every day.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key part in ensuring the branch runs efficiently and delivers outstanding service to our customers.

Your core duties will include:

Accurate picking, packing of customer orders Inbound goods receiving, checking deliveries and updating stock Stock rotation, replenishment and maintaining correct bin locations Loading and unloading vans safely and efficiently Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant warehouse environment at all times Working collaboratively with drivers, supervisors and customer service colleagues Supporting stock checks, audits and compliance activities Meeting performance, accuracy and safety targets in line with company standards
This is a hands-on, physical role in a fast-moving warehouse where attention to detail and pace are equally important.

You will ideally have:

Previous warehouse experience (automotive parts advantageous but not essential) Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-critical deadlines A proactive, positive approach with strong teamwork skills Basic computer ability Good communication skills and a professional attitude Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
Full training will be provided on all systems, processes, stock-handling expectations, and MWD's operational standards.
