Job description
Targets:
Ensure the correct receipt, storage and shipment of the merchandise to and from the local warehouse according to our customers' needs and in line with the directions received by their Team Leader, striving to offer the optimal service level to our customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Check and control of the incoming and outgoing goods to/from the local warehouse
Order preparation for shipment
Processing returns and consolidating shipments to Germany
Register in SAP of the merchandise movements
Ensure correct storage of hazardous items
Maintain inventory accuracy both levels and location
Participate in the annual inventory
Housekeeping and Health & Safety (H&S) requirements
Receive and check the goods in order to register them correctly into SAP
Informs Purchase of any incidents in the shipment received (quantity, quality, status)
Keep record of the delivery notes and the subsequent delivery to Purchase in the database
Requirements or Qualifications:
2 years' experience in warehouse operations preferred
Forklift driving licence
SAP Knowledge preferable
Experience in using computer systems for warehouse management
Responsibility for oversight of a warehouse facility
Strong organizational skills

Motivated and energetic personality and reliable
