Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Warehouse worker to join our Nitshill branch . The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks within the warehouse. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others. Sales is an important aspect of the job and as such, the candidate should be able to communicate with and understand the needs of the customer.

A full drivers licence is required for this role.

Duties

Serve customers that come in the branch. Offer a friendly and helpful knowledge of the services we provide. Cut carpets for purchase orders and to maintain stock levels Driving the van for various reasons, such as delivering carpets, picking up orders from other branches or measuring house for potential sales Operate machinery as required, such as the forklift. Understanding the health & safety regulations when handling the forklift . Engage in materials handling tasks, including heavy lifting of carpets and accessories when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

No previous experience required, however the suitable candidate must have the ability to lift heavy carpets and other products in a safe capacity. As previously stated, a full driving licence is required for this job.
