Job Title: General Operative and Trade Counter Sales

Company: Conversion Shop

Conversion Shop is a supplier of Vehicle conversion parts across the UK, Ireland and the EU, we primarily sell products online, both to the general public and to professional conversion companies who build everything from campervans to food trucks.

We are seeking an individual who can multi-task, and has experience in a combination of a sales and warehouse environment, with an appetite to learn

Duties Include;

Receiving of deliveries, and entering into our stock system, recording accurately location, qty and other relevant data

Dealing with customers at our sales counter

Answering phones to deal with incoming customer queries and issues

Stock checking and counting

Picking and Packing Online Orders

Keeping the shop and warehouse area clean and organised

Restocking shelves as required

As part of a small team the role will be varied and requires versatility and may include anything from order picking , packing and shipping, to shop merchandising

The successful candidate will be self motivated, organised and enthusiastic, and will have some experience with the public in a sales environment, stock management exprerience would also be an asset.

A Froklift License will be important

Must be willing and interested in learning a wide range of product information

All work will be in Conversion Shop, Greenbank Industrial Estate , Newy, Co Down, BT342QU , please check commuting distance before applying.

Summary

As a Warehouse/Sales Assistant, you will be integral to our operations, combining warehouse duties with sales responsibilities. Reporting to the store Manager, your role will involve managing inventory, assisting with order fulfillment, and providing exceptional customer service. Your core skills in organization and attention to detail will ensure efficient warehouse operations, while your sales acumen will help drive product promotions and customer engagement.

Pay: 25,000.00-30,000.00 per year
