We now have an exciting opportunity to join our Service Department as a Warranty and Retail Invoice Administrator and you will process Warranty and Retail job cards coming from the workshop, through to invoicing. You will be a member of a larger invoice administration team with plenty of support. We are looking for a motivated individual who is eager to learn, has a friendly and outgoing personality, confident, takes pride in their work, and is committed to delivering results. . Prior experience or a background in the automotive industry would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing contract and warranty claims with Renault Trucks UK.
Submitting claims and associated documentation within strict time frames.
Coordinating the return of warranty materials to Renault within required deadlines.
Monitoring work-in-progress jobs to ensure timely warranty claims.
Providing warranty guidance to technicians and workshop control, ensuring all repairs meet stringent criteria.
Creating accurate retail invoices.
Essential Requirements:
Proven ability to follow strict processes.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
Technical knowledge of automotive vehicle technology, ideally gained from a repairer or franchised dealer.
Previous experience as a Warranty/Invoice Administrator or in a similar role.
