Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty and Service Administrator to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a supportive and thriving commercial vehicle dealership.

Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.

Key Responsibilities



Analysing, processing workshop job cards and invoicing. General administrative duties. Communicate with customers and obtain final order numbers. Input costs on customers own portals. Dealing with incoming and outgoing telephone calls.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements



Strong administration experience - previous service admin experience desirable but not essential. Excellent customer service skills. Organised and good attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly. Able to work under own initiative. Previous experience using invoicing systems.

Hours of Work:



Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.00 pm, 00pm i.e. 40 hours per week, 1 - hour lunch (unpaid). Saturday on a Rota basis.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 32,000.00 per year
