Warranty Claims Assessor

Requirements of role:

Assess warranty repairs using our software and process in line with policy terms Manage repairs in network workshops (over 10,000 in the UK) Discuss repairs with workshops and customers via telephone, email and our systems Ensure correct diagnosis costs and causes for failures of mechanical and electrical components Check parts and labour costs are accurate and source reconditioned/ refurbished parts where appropriate Automotive/ mechanical experience is necessary, eg service / parts advisor, engineer, technician or service technician Competent customer service skills required Processing customer contributions towards repairs Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform

What We Offer

Salary: 30,000 basic

OTE: 40,000 (Your OTE will be based on achieving KPIs, and will be paid monthly)

Holiday: 22 days holiday

Hours: 8.30 - 17.30 Mon - Fri, and one Sat 09.00 - 16.00 in every 4

Pay: Up to 37,500.00 per year
