Warranty Specialist
to take ownership of the warranty journey and play a pivotal part in our business. You will be working with our Aftersales Teams in Taunton or Weston super Mare, ensuring efficient administration of Manufacturers' warranty across various Franchises. This is interesting work, liaising with staff across the business and Manufacturers on behalf of the Howards Group.

Your Role as a Warranty Specialist:
You will be responsible for accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims to the Manufacturer
You will be working with our Aftersales Teams in Taunton or Weston super Mare, ensuring efficient administration of Manufacturers' warranty across various Franchises. This is interesting work, liaising with staff across the business and Manufacturers on behalf of the Howards Group.
What are We Looking for:
A full driving licence. Based in Taunton or Weston super Mare, this role may require travel to our other sites in the South West.
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
Self motivated and process driven.
Ability to prioritise, co-ordinate and work on your own initiative whilst, on occasion, being under pressure. Deadlines need to be met.
At least 3 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of IT and use of software packages.
Ideally automotive and / or retail experience - desirable but not essential.
Previous experience in automotive Aftersales and Warranty in particular - preferred/desirable but not essential.
