Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Wash Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient operation of the wash plant, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and safely. This role requires a strong focus on quality control, effective communication, and customer service to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

Operate and monitor wash plant equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any maintenance needs or issues. Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities processed and any anomalies encountered during operations. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding production status and any concerns that may arise. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring their requirements are met promptly. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times. Assist in training new staff members on operational procedures and safety protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or processing environment is preferred. A valid driving licence is essential for transportation between sites as required. Proficiency in English is necessary for effective communication with team members and clients. Strong customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions within the team and with customers.
