About The Role





This an exciting opportunity to join Runnymede Borough Council as we continue our positive work keeping Runnymede clear of waste. As a waste collections loader, you will work as part of a mobile team collecting waste from residents including refuse, recycling, garden and food waste:



Some of the tasks of a waste collection loader include;


Complete all paperwork and return it to supervisor and/or admin at the depot Report any inaccessible collections and return to collect within 24 hours Assist in managing route management/reporting software Maintain excellent customer relations Replace containers from where they were collected after collection Repot any defective bins accurately to the service supervisor Carry out any other duties commensurate with the role as directed

About You





We are looking for a dedicated and committed individual to join our team who can provide waste collection services. We are looking for exceptional candidates with a range of skills including:


Knowledge of Runnymede Borough Computer literate Excellent customer service skills Proactive and able to make sound judgements
Interviews: Week commencing 20th October 2025
