Hi and thank for taking the time to read about the company. Cornwall Waste Care Ltd, collects waste and recycling from holiday homes throughout the whole of Cornwall, and now Devon too. We operate 7 days a week but our main days of collections are Friday and Saturday, during the holiday season. You will be given a route and you will collect on a regular basis from some of the most amazing properties with spectacular views all over Cornwall. We are a team, and we all finish together and occasionally I've been known to take the team out for several beers. Our company ethos is work hard, play hard.

Job description

No experience necessary as full training will be given. You will initially go out with a experienced team member to learn and understand what we do. As a waste collector collecting from high end properties, occasionally you will meet clients and you are expect to be polite and cheerful at all times. Full uniform given with all necessary safety kit including masks, hand sanitisers and first aid kits. When working on your own you can take as long as you like so there in no pressure to cut corners and not do the job properly, but your route must be finished each day. One final note, everyone gets a 10% pay rise each year.
