Duties
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Manage customer correspondence, including emails and phone calls, ensuring professional phone etiquette is maintained.
Utilise specialist waste software for document creation, orders booking and communication purposes.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining organised records.
Coordinate administrative tasks to facilitate smooth workflow within the team.
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Booking job orders on to a bespoke waste management software taken from telephone or email orders.
Taking daily phone calls from clients regarding existing or outstanding orders
Processing customer payments
