Sharp Randfield Recruitment is recruiting Waste Operatives on behalf of the local council in Burton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work as a Waste Operative, supporting household waste and recycling collections across the community. You'll be working as part of a reliable and friendly crew, outdoors and on the move.

Key Responsibilities

Load bins and recycling containers onto collection vehicles Work as part of a crew on designated collection routes Assist drivers with safe vehicle manoeuvres where required Deliver a professional and reliable service to the public

Requirements

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Team player with good communication skills Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic Previous waste/recycling or outdoor labouring experience is helpful but not essential
