- Waste Operative/Driver with Full Driving Licence
Job Title: Waste Cleaning Operative - Silverburn Shopping Centre G53
Shifts: 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm - working 5days over 7days to including weekends
Reports to: Site Supervisor
MUST HOLD FULL DRIVING LICENCE
40hrs per week
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Dealing with the waste collection and recycling needs in a busy Shopping Centre Carrying out reactive tasks when and where the business requires Providing a customer friendly atmosphere towards all our customers To ensure high standards of cleaning are maintained. To work in accordance with Company Health and Safety Procedures, adopting safe systems of work. To check equipment prior to use and report defective equipment to a member of Management. To report any hazardous or potentially hazardous situation to a member of Management. Operate equipment for which you will be given full training or have been given full instructions. To ensure that all hazardous substances are handled in a safe and responsible manner. Knowledge of COSHH regulations (would be an advantage)
Person Specification:
Cleaning industry experience
Great work ethic / Customer focused / Effective communication.
Salary: 12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
