Based on 40 hours per week, the annual salary for this role is 15,704.00 for those aged 16 to 18, 20,800.00 for those aged 18 to 20, and 25,396.80 for those aged 21 and over. Monthly pay. We operate a bonus scheme.

ABOUT US

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Waste Recycling Operative to join our existing team. As a Waste Recycling Operative, you will play a vital role in helping to protect the environment by sorting and processing various waste grades and recyclable materials. This is a physically demanding role that requires heavy lifting and mechanical knowledge.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Sort and separate various waste grades and recyclable materials. Operate machinery and equipment to process recyclable materials. Ensure that materials are properly sorted and prepared for recycling. Monitor the recycling process to ensure efficiency and quality control. Maintain a clean and organised work area. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS

Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labour on a daily basis. Attention to detail to sort and separate various waste grades and materials. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good attitude and strong work ethic. Reliable and dedicated. Impeccable attendance and timekeeping.
