Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shop Technical Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, and an interest in timepieces including smartwatches etc. Experience working in watch service preferred, but experience in customer service is essential. You will be employed to help increase sales in the shop and will be trained in basic watch service and repairs. An eye for detail and the ability to learn new skills is essential.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products or services they require. Provide basic watch services. Process transactions accurately at the till, ensuring a smooth checkout experience. Help increase brand awareness through promotions and social media. Deliver outstanding customer service whilst maintaining the company's trusted reputation.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, trustworthy and reliable. Previous experience in retail or customer service is important. The willingness to learn and develop new skills. Ability to work well within a team as well as independently when required. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends if necessary.
