Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Water Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient delivery and management of water services. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge, physical capability, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Duties

Operate and maintain water delivery systems, ensuring optimal performance. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify maintenance needs. Perform heavy lifting as required for the transportation and installation of water-related equipment. Drive a van or lorry to deliver water supplies to various locations, adhering to all road safety regulations. Communicate effectively with clients regarding service schedules, equipment usage, and any issues that may arise. Assist in warehouse operations, including inventory management and stock replenishment. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a warehouse environment or as a delivery driver is not necessary. A full clean driving licence is required Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks consistently throughout the day. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and team members. Experience as a van driver or in similar roles would be beneficial, but not essential. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining safety standards.
