Salary:

32,000 - 35,000 basic salary 40,000+ OTE

The Role:

At Kinetico, we need great people. Therefore, we are looking for a customer focused individual with plumbing knowledge and experience to join our growing team. You will be the face of Kinetico in our customer's homes, installing a range of water treatment products from Water Softeners to Drinking Water Systems. Whilst previous water treatment experience is valuable, it is not essential. Your main priority is our customers and ensuring we at Kinetico provide "Exceptional" customer service.

Skills and Experience:

Domestic plumbing knowledge and experience (minimum 2 years) Previous experience working with Water Softeners or Drinking water systems (Preferred but not essential) Exceptional customer service skills and experience in customer facing roles

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence Good trouble shooting skills Willingness to learn new skills Ability to take ownership Can do attitude

It's not a problem if you are not an expert in the water softener industry or have water softener installation skills, as training and upskilling will be provided during our intensive induction programme. However, it is important that you adopt the Kinetico values, providing "exceptional" customer service and improving lives through better water
