Our Water Systems Engineer
As our Water Systems Engineer,you'll keep every drop performing at its best--from pool plant to potable networks and feature flows. You'll lead preventive maintenance and compliance (including legionella),diagnose issues quickly,and keep crystal-clear records. Your calm expertise ensures safe,efficient systems our guests never have to think about--and a team that can always rely on you.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage multiple swimming pools and associated plant systems across the estate.
Maintain & manage ongoing legionella compliance,checks and record keeping.
Assist with the maintenance & installations of water-supply systems,water features and irrigation across the estate.
Assist with record keeping & maintenance of potable water systems and related infrastructure.

What we're looking for
Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) / SPTO / PWTAG
qualification.
Strong knowledge of
water treatment
and
legionella compliance
,with accurate record-keeping.
Hands-on experience with
pool plant
operations and general water systems maintenance.
Engineering
or
maintenance
background; able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills.
Computer literate
(Microsoft Windows,Excel,Word).
Experience with
irrigation systems
and wider estate equipment maintenance (advantageous).
Self-motivated
,diligent and proactive,with strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.

The Engineering Department is responsible for maintaining and safeguarding company assets,including buildings,IT infrastructure,mechanical plant,and vehicles. The team conducts scheduled inspections,preventive maintenance,and supports operational requests from guests and colleagues across the estate.
