MBH Industrial Services Ltd is an established company of mechanical building services engineers providing industrial and commercial services to the South West since 1979.

MBH specialise in Industrial & Commercial Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Plumbing and Water Utilities.

A position has arisen for a versatile Water Utilities Mechanical Installation and Maintenance Engineer for works primarily for the Water Industry within the South West, usually within a 60 mile radius of Taunton. MBH is a Taunton based company, so living in the Taunton area would be an advantage.

The ideal candidate would be experienced in Water Industry Engineering, and able to work on their own initiative on both supply and recovery water treatment works.

The candidate must be experienced primarily in the installation of Industrial / Commercial pipework such as soldering, threaded, crimp systems and UPVC. An electrical knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.

The candidate would be required to undertake site visits to maintain chemical dosing and water quality instrument systems. These works would require the candidate to understand the current Health and Safety legislation to be able to undertake the tasks in a safe manner.

There would be a requirement to build and maintain chemical dosing and water quality instrument systems off-site.

The candidate may be required to work across the company's other departments so must possess a flexible work attitude.

The package offered includes a van, phone, pension and a competitive salary depending on experience with the usual benefits.

40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, some overtime and out of hours working may be required.
