As a Waterside Crew member, you are responsible for attaining and maintaining the highest levels of customer care through being the first point of contact for the Marina. This in turn will create a world class service for every one of your customers.

Here at Glasson Marina you can be expected to be completing office tasks, admin as well as ensuring the marina is safe, clean and tidy, and our facilities are safe, clean and secure. All this while maintaining the upmost professional and great customer service.

Role Responsibility for dealing with a variety of customer interactions, providing a first-class service to deal with customer issues or concerns, responding in a timely manner to provide for an excellent customer experience.

Ensure every customer interaction counts and ensuring customer complaints are listened to, actioned or escalated to your line manager Ensure customer facilities are kept clean Be positive and show energy by ensuring you always display a positive attitude. Ensure the brand vision and values are adhered to, ensuring they are lived and breathed daily. Carrying out any agreed work to the deadlines set.

Ensure site quality is always delivered Keep the marina tidy, safe and clean To consistently deliver the required standards, service, and results, assess things with fresh eyes and ensure that process and procedure are adhered to. Plan and undertake routine maintenance tasks. Carry out any cash handling and takings in line with the company policies and procedures. To ensure that process and procedures are adhered to. Maintain compliance and governance by ensuring inspections of routine and safety checks, fault management procedures and risk assessments have been adhered to in line with H&S legislation. Ensure compliance with SLAs and adhere with other organisations standards where applicable.

Key skills and behaviour required:



Expert in your field and trained to the correct standard to meet health and safety legislation Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy. Able to manage time effectively, planned, and organised. Proven track record with giving the best-in-class customer service. Communicate openly with the ability to influence. Enjoys working outside

Qualifications & Experience



Skills based knowledge across several, activities, ground maintenance, building repairs, plumbing and electrical. 2+ years' experience in a customer facing role. Strong communication skill
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
