UK Athletics WCP Throws Lead Olympic and Paralympic

Full-time

Hybrid with regular requirement to work in Loughborough

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and delivery of UK Athletics' WCP throws plan across both Olympic and Paralympic programmes Align WCP throws activity with the wider performance pathway, including UKA Futures Act as the main point of contact for WCP throws athletes and their coaches Ensure WCP support is aligned to individual athlete plans Provide on-the-ground support at training camps and major championships

Required Experience:

Experience working with Olympic and Paralympic throwers Involvement in major championship teams (e.g. Olympic or Paralympic Games) Experience supporting athletes in World Class Programmes and working within an NGB
