Segal Placements specialises in placing Senior NON-Partners into Partnership roles throughout many of the top Law Firms in the country. Many quality lawyers find a Partnership position difficult to attain within their current Firm.
Some may be open-minded and may, for example, be prepared to move from an elite City Firm to a strong Upper Mid / Mid Market Firm potentially for a slightly lower salary, in order to attain Partnership. Others, may be bringing in a substantial amount of fee-revenue at an Upper Mid / Mid Firm and have their sites set on a larger global Firm. In any instance we can assist.
Should you have at least some of your own clients or contacts, we currently have possible openings in Corporate, Disputes, Finance, IT / Commercial, Real Estate, Construction, Planning, Insolvency, Private Wealth, Media, Family, and Funds
So long as you are already UK Qualified, and currently working or have recently been working in private practice in the UK we would like to speak with you.
We are currently working with no less than 22 such Firms ranging from some of the more progressive International/City Firms to Mid Town, West End and Regional Firms all who recognise the value of bringing the next crop of Junior Partners through. We have placed lawyers as Junior as 7PQE straight into Partnership elsewhere.
