Job Summary

We're a 24-years young agency based in the heart of Leamington Spa in newly renovated offices - complete with table tennis table, pool table.....oh, and our very own bar: the Denfield Arms!

This role provides a fantastic opportunity to join a dedicated team working on key projects within the agency. You need to be an established Web Developer ready to take the next step in your career and hit the ground running as part of a busy, tight-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and scoping tasks and projects Communicating timelines and work to internal parties and clients (where required) Working throughout the entire development process (planning through to delivery) to deliver complete solutions Maintaining projects (retainers) where required Working with our colleagues to problem-solve and ensure our clients needs are met Where applicable, updating project management software with your progress to provide transparency to the client

Key Skills/Experience

Have a minimum of 3 years experience at Web Developer level High-level expertise and hands-on experience with front-end architecture, including HTML, CSS and JavaScript, as well as front-end frameworks and Tailwind CSS High-level expertise and hands-on experience with back-end languages and frameworks, including PHP, Laravel and Node.js Experienced with web services and API integrations (REST, SOAP, etc) including GraphyQL Proficient with MySQL and MongoDB databases Proficient with version control systems GIT with either a UI or through the CLI Experience with CI/CD via GitLabs, or GitHub Actions Experience with building complex solutions Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue (preferred) or React for single page applications Capable of deploying and maintaining websites/applications (all our solutions are GIT managed with CI)

Preferred Skills/Experience

Experience with AWS Experience in Composer/npm packages and building them Redis in-memory data structure store Monorepo experience AWS CDK experience Ubuntu experience Docker experience (we use this for internal solutions and for certain deployed services via AWS)
