Salary: 36,000 - 48,000 per year (depending on experience)

Location: Remote - UK only

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (flexible hours available)

The Role

We are looking for a talented and technically proficient Web Developer & Digital Integrations Specialist to take ownership of our digital tools, web-based systems, and integrations between key platforms such as OpenSolar and Zoho CRM. You'll work closely with our marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure a seamless user experience across our website, configurator tools, and customer journey touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in web development, system automation, and third-party platform integration.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance company websites and landing pages (WordPress preferred) Integrate and manage OpenSolar tools and customer-facing configurators Develop custom scripts or API-based solutions between OpenSolar, Zoho CRM, and other platforms Ensure responsive and optimised performance across web systems Collaborate with design and marketing teams to improve digital UX/UI Set up analytics, tag managers, and web-based reporting dashboards Troubleshoot issues and maintain documentation for digital workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications

Required:

Experience in front-end web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) Familiarity with WordPress and responsive design principles Experience working with APIs, integrations, and automation scripts Basic understanding of CRM and workflow tools (e.g., Zoho CRM) Excellent written and verbal English communication Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills Right to work in the UK
Preferred:

Experience with OpenSolar or similar solar sales/configuration platforms Knowledge of Deluge (Zoho scripting), Zapier, or Zoho Flow Understanding of web analytics, SEO, and performance tools (e.g., GTMetrix, Google Lighthouse) Basic understanding of UI/UX principles Experience with Git or version control systems
