Google Ads / AdWords campaigns, managing social media advertising, and overseeing the logistics of all hospital websites

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, excellent coding skills, and proven experience in digital marketing campaigns and analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development:
Develop, maintain, and optimise hospital websites and applications using
HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and modern frameworks
(React, Angular, Django).
Implement responsive web design principles to ensure seamless performance across devices.
Manage hosting, security, updates, and
logistics of all hospital websites
.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to best practices.
Manage databases using
MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
.
Use version control systems (Git/SVN) for code management.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance optimisation.
Digital Marketing & Advertising:
Plan, execute, and optimise
Google Ads and AdWords campaigns
.
Manage
Google Ad Manager
for hospital advertising activities.
Create, manage, and optimise
social media advertising campaigns
across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Oversee analytics and tracking to evaluate performance (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).
Implement
SEO best practices
and data visualisation tools to track campaign success.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align campaigns with branding and business goals.
Requirements
Strong proficiency in
front-end technologies
: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, SCSS.
Experience with
back-end frameworks
: Node.js, .NET, or Ruby on Rails.
Hands-on experience managing
Google Ads, AdWords, and Google Ad Manager
.
Proven track record managing
social media advertising campaigns
.
Familiarity with containerisation (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins).
Experience with database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLite).
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and
digital marketing performance metrics
.
Familiarity with project management tools (Trello, Jira).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills for managing multiple websites and ad campaigns simultaneously.
