About the Role



This is a pivotal role where you'll directly impact our customer satisfaction and platform stability. As a Developer within our Customer Support Team, you will:

Solve Complex Technical Issues: Diagnose and resolve issues across our platform, ranging from front-end to back-end and database challenges. Support Customer Integrations and Go-Lives: Provide technical guidance and assistance to ensure smooth customer experiences. Contribute to Bug Fixing and Platform Enhancements: Identify, reproduce, and resolve software defects, and contribute to code improvements. Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with the support and development teams to enhance customer support processes and platform functionality. Provide Direct Customer Support: Communicate directly with customers to resolve technical issues and provide clear explanations.

About You



Technical Versatility: Proficient in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue.js), back-end development (MVC.NET), and MSSQL databases. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Customer-Centric: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer support. Proactive and Adaptable: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in Development or Technical Support: Demonstrable experience in a relevant role. Familiarity with API Integrations: Understanding of API integrations is a plus. Team Player: Able to work well with colleagues from all departments. Experience with Zendesk and Azure DevOps: Experience with these tools is a plus. Testing Experience: Experience with automated and manual testing (e.g., Playwright) is highly desirable.

Working Hours



Our typical working hours are 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday. This is primarily an office-based position in Bridgend, as we highly value the benefits of in-person collaboration and team interaction. We do also offer flexibility for occasional home working on an "as and when needed" basis.

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
