Job Description


We seek a motivated B2B Sales Manager with a solid media and PR sales background in Web 3, crypto, and blockchain. In this role, you will lead sales and business development for the particular product suite, catering to influencers, thought leaders, professionals looking to build personal brands, and early-stage start-ups and SMEs who need long-term media impact. Your focus will be driving revenue growth, building client relationships, and collaborating closely with the sales teams. You will lead the product growth and pipeline development as an individual contributor.

Tasks

  • Think strategically, recognizing, and seizing business opportunities. Develop a sales plan to boost revenue and expand our Crypto reputation and thought leadership sector presence.
  • Identify and approach potential clients, including influencers, CxOs, thought leaders, founders, and investors.
  • Support and promote our product among existing clients to achieve maximum revenue potential.
  • Cultivate solid and enduring relationships with industry decision-makers and stakeholders and foster a robust online community of allies and thought leaders.
  • Create and present compelling sales pitches, proposals, and negotiations to establish new partnerships and contracts.
  • Keep track of sales performance, market trends, and the sales pipeline, and provide reports to senior management.
  • Offer clients solutions and advice, gather feedback, and ensure its integrated into initial services and engagements.
  • Proficiently use CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Manage an updated customer and partner prospect database using Hubspot.
  • Possess a solid grasp of digital advertising trends, technologies, and challenges within the crypto, web3, and blockchain industries.
  • Stay self-motivated and target-driven, consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals.
  • Collaborate effectively in cross-functional team settings.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, focusing on media, SaaS, PR, or digital marketing services.
  • Proven ability to plan, sell, and finalize large-scale Media strategies and projects.
  • Required understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech industry.
  • Comfortable with data, both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Strong self-organizational skills amid competing tasks.
  • Effective project management skills for coordinating teams on complex projects. Skilful in both internal and external communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and comfortable with change and ambiguity, adaptable to evolving digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication and people skills for client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Fluent/native proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
