The Role

We are looking for a

part-time Website Administrator & Digital Marketing Assistant

to manage and improve our WordPress/WooCommerce website, while supporting our digital marketing activities.

This role is ideal for someone with strong

WordPress skills

and an interest in growing their experience in

SEO and digital marketing

. Bonus if you already have experience with

Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, or e-commerce growth

.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update our

WordPress/WooCommerce

website. Ensure the site runs smoothly, is mobile-friendly, and loads quickly. Carry out

SEO improvements

(on-page, technical, and content). Support with

Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns

(bonus if you have direct experience). Create and update product pages, blogs, and landing pages. Monitor site performance and suggest improvements.

Essential Skills

WordPress knowledge

(development, maintenance, troubleshooting).

WooCommerce experience

(managing products, orders, plugins).

SEO knowledge

(on-page optimisation, content updates, keywords). Good attention to detail and ability to solve problems.

Strong communicator

-- able to collaborate with a small, hands-on team and translate business needs into digital solutions. Own transport (our office is based in a rural location near Hertford).

Desirable (Bonus) Skills

Experience with

Google Ads & Microsoft Ads

. E-commerce growth / digital marketing background. Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console). Familiarity with AI tools for content or SEO.

Other Information

Part-time role (hours flexible, to be agreed).

Based near

Hertford

- own transport required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 13.00-16.00 per hour
