Digital Marketing & Web Development Specialist

Style Matters is a leading UK manufacturer of bespoke hospitality furniture, creating high-quality seating and furniture for hotels, restaurants and bars nationwide. We are seeking a multi-skilled, creative and technically capable individual to join our growing team at our Knutsford headquarters.

This role will suit someone who combines digital marketing expertise with strong website development and system management skills, and who enjoys working in a hands-on, fast-paced furniture design-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and improve our company websites (WordPress and Wix essential ) to ensure content, design and SEO are up to date and optimised. Develop and implement AI-driven tools and automations to enhance customer experience, streamline quoting and improve internal workflows. Maintain and update our costing systems, product databases and digital asset libraries. Oversee and deliver all digital marketing activity including social media, newsletters, online advertising and analytics. Support new product launches with accurate costing sheets, imagery and marketing collateral. Collaborate closely with the Directors, Operations and Sales teams to ensure all digital systems align with business growth and brand direction.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience in WordPress website management and development (Wix knowledge is essential ). Solid understanding of digital marketing, SEO, analytics and social media strategy. Confidence working with data, costing systems and digital asset organisation. Knowledge of AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, automation, CRM integrations) would be a strong advantage. Excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

The Role

This is a full-time, office-based position at our Knutsford site. The role offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a visible impact across our digital platforms and business systems.
