We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and highly self-motivated Content Editor to manage the content planning, editing, and optimization of 1-2 websites. With a user-centric mindset, you will uncover engaging topics to enhance user experience and boost content influence. High-performing candidates may be promoted to Content Operations Specialist or Manager, leading a team to build high-quality content products.
Responsibilities:
Plan and select high-quality content topics based on site positioning and user interests
Edit, polish, and publish articles to ensure smooth language, clear structure, SEO compliance, and brand alignment
Analyze content performance (page views, click-through rates, conversions, etc.) to continuously refine topic selection and strategy
Stay updated with industry trends and shifting user interests to produce timely content
Review and provide feedback on submissions from freelance writers, helping improve overall content quality
Assist in recruiting and managing the content team to improve productivity and collaboration
Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to ensure optimal content presentation
Requirements:
Strong sensitivity to content quality and user experience, with an empathetic perspective
Highly self-motivated, capable of independently driving projects forward
Efficient execution skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong learning ability, able to quickly master new tools and strategies
Basic data analysis skills to extract insights for content improvement
Experience in remote team collaboration or management is a plus
Familiarity with SEO, website content editing, or new media operations is preferred
Salary Range:
24K-26K | Performance bonus available after the probation period
