About the Role:
We're seeking a
Website Design Manager
covering maternity leave to lead the design, build, and delivery of practice websites during a period of maternity cover. This is a hands-on, hybrid role blending digital design expertise with operational leadership.
You'll oversee the Webflow migration programme, manage day-to-day digital requests, uphold high standards, and ensure the Digital Design Team runs efficiently and confidently. You'll also collaborate closely with the wider Growth Team — Creative, Marketing, SEO, CRM, and Practice Operations — to deliver polished, scalable websites across our 500+ practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of practice websites to Webflow Enterprise, ensuring consistency, UX, accessibility, and brand standards
Oversee delivery of new sites, troubleshoot front-end issues, and maintain high aesthetic quality
Own QA processes, identifying and resolving UX, design, or technical issues early
Manage the Digital Team workflow, triaging requests, prioritising tasks, and improving processes
Coach and support the team, providing clarity, guidance, and best-practice advice
Collaborate with Growth colleagues, providing clear updates on progress, risks, and performance
The Ideal Candidate:
You are a creative, operationally-minded digital leader with strong experience in website design, front-end delivery, or digital product management. You are highly organised, confident in CMS platforms (preferably Webflow), and experienced in managing multiple projects and deadlines at pace.
You'll also have:
A keen eye for detail and UX consistency
Experience leading or mentoring a design team
The ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance
A calm, supportive, and proactive approach to leadership
