We are seeking a skilled and innovative Web Manager to oversee our online presence and digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of web development, SEO, and digital marketing trends. You will be responsible for managing our website, optimizing content for search engines, and implementing effective marketing campaigns to enhance user engagement and drive conversions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and creative vision to ensure our online platforms are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with our brand objectives.

Responsibilities



Manage and maintain the company websites using Wix and other content management systems. Optimize website content for SEO using tools for keyword research and performance analysis. Implement conversion optimization strategies to enhance user experience and increase sales. Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Advertising. Create engaging content for the website, email marketing, and social media channels. Utilize Google Analytics to track website performance and user behavior, making data-driven decisions for improvements.

Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and email campaigns to improve conversion rates. Manage Google Ads campaigns, including SEM strategies and Google AdWords optimization. Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure effective performance marketing strategies. Analyze e-commerce metrics to drive sales growth through targeted digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications



Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and experience with web development tools. Strong knowledge of SEO tools and techniques for optimizing web content. Experience in content creation, copywriting, and social media management. Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools. Proven ability in performance marketing with a focus on analytics-driven decision-making. A creative mindset with strong graphic design skills is highly desirable.
