Website & Marketing Executive
to help elevate our online activity and support the delivery of compelling B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Website & Product Listings
Create, upload, and maintain high-quality product listings on our B2B website.
Write clear, compelling product titles, descriptions, and features.
Manage product images, variants, pricing, and inventory across multiple channels.
Optimise listings using keywords, SEO principles, and performance insights.
Monitor listings for accuracy, resolving errors and updating information as products evolve.
Liaise with customers via webchat to resolve any queries and/or to upsell where possible.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure listings go live accurately and on schedule.
Use reporting tools to analyse performance and recommend improvements.
Marketing & Content Creation
Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms.
Produce engaging copy for social posts, email newsletters, and marketing campaigns.
Design visual assets including social graphics, e-commerce video content, email headers, POS materials, and website banners.
Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.
Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events.
Skills & Experience
A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in marketing, content creation, or e-commerce.
Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video content.
Confident using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
Experience with Magento 2 is beneficial (but not essential).
Excellent written English with the ability to craft compelling and accurate copy.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, product data, and bulk uploads.
Familiarity with AI tools to support content creation and productivity.
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
Able to prioritise tasks and work independently in a fast-moving environment.
A genuine interest in e-commerce, online retail, and driving sales growth.
A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
