We're seeking a talented and results-driven
Website Development & Digital Growth Strategist
to take full ownership of our online presence across multiple brands.
Based at our Cuffley office, you'll lead the development, optimisation, and performance of our WordPress websites, ensuring every digital touchpoint is built for growth, conversion, and exceptional user experience.
While
Tiny House Pro
is our flagship brand, you'll also manage additional associated websites, helping shape their digital direction and ensuring consistency, performance, and scalability. Alongside web management, you'll support our social media growth and ensure our CRM, paid campaigns, and online funnels are working seamlessly together to drive measurable results.
Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Management (Primary Focus)
Take full ownership of all company websites, ensuring they are technically sound, visually engaging, and conversion-focused.
Manage, update, and optimise multiple WordPress sites, implementing improvements in design, layout, speed, and SEO.
Build and launch new landing pages, microsites, and features in line with marketing and sales objectives.
Monitor website analytics, track user journeys, and implement data-driven enhancements to boost performance.
Ensure websites are mobile-responsive, secure, and maintained with regular updates and backups.
Digital Growth & Conversion Strategy
Develop and implement strategies to increase organic traffic, lead generation, and online sales.
Work with the wider team to design user journeys that optimise conversion rates and customer retention.
Integrate marketing tools, automation, and analytics platforms to improve data visibility and campaign performance.
Social Media & Digital Marketing Support
Oversee the management of brand social media platforms, aligning messaging and visuals with website content and marketing goals.
Support paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, and others), ensuring ads drive qualified traffic and measurable ROI.
Produce and schedule content that reflects brand values and supports wider business campaigns.
CRM & Automation Oversight
Manage and optimise CRM workflows for lead capture, segmentation, and nurturing.
Ensure website forms, integrations, and automations are seamless and efficient.
Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Use Google Analytics, Search Console, and social insights to report on key metrics.
Provide monthly performance summaries with actionable recommendations.
Stay current on web and digital trends to identify new growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For
Expert-level experience with WordPress
, including customisation, plugins, performance optimisation, and SEO integration.
Proven success in
growing website traffic and improving conversions
through data-led strategy.
Strong technical understanding of UX principles, analytics, and digital funnels.
Familiarity with CRM systems, paid advertising, and content marketing.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and design consistency.
Experience managing multiple brands or websites simultaneously.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Must be available to work daily from our Cuffley office - this role is fully office-based.
Bonus Skills
Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
Understanding of SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and email automation platforms.
