We are a dynamic and growing digital agency that specialises in building websites for the healthcare and pharmacy sectors. With a team of 30 passionate professionals, we deliver websites ranging from small business portfolios to complex e-commerce solutions. We're looking for a seasoned Website Project Manager to join our team and oversee our web development projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:



- Project Management: Plan, manage, and deliver website projects from initiation to launch, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Discovery Sessions: Conduct in-depth Discovery Sessions with clients to understand their requirements, map out objectives, and create comprehensive project roadmaps.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets, identify risks, and implement cost-effective solutions to keep projects on track financially.
- Timeline Management: Develop and manage detailed project timelines, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and addressing delays proactively.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and addressing concerns.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee testing and ensure websites meet both client and internal standards for performance, functionality, and user experience.
- Post-Launch Support: Coordinate with clients and internal teams to provide post-launch assistance and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements:



Experience:


- A minimum of 5 years of experience managing website projects of varying complexity and budgets, especially using Laravel, PHP and WordPress platforms.
- Managed website projects within the Pharmacy sector, and has knowledge of GPhC Compliance.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills:



- Strong understanding of web development processes, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Exceptional organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to anticipate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Certification: Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, Agile) is required.

WordPress - 90% of the websites we build are on WordPress, it's essentail for the ideal candidate to have a very good level of WordPress experience and understanding.

Discovery Expertise: Proficiency in running Discovery Sessions to gather requirements, set project objectives, and align all stakeholders.

Tools: Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp) and proficiency in managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

Knowledge: Familiarity with web hosting, domain management, and SEO best practices is an advantage.

Location: Remote, UK-Based (South Yorkshire Preferred)



Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
