Job Overview

Tanners Wines is currently seeking a temporary full-time Website Assistant to join our team. This is a dynamic and hands-on role suited to someone with a broad range of digital, administrative, and customer support skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and fulfilling orders via our Shopify eCommerce platform Troubleshooting and resolving any failed order integrations Providing responsive and professional customer support for online shoppers Assisting with social media administration Supporting the creation and optimisation of product data, including imagery and written content Coordinating with internal and external photographers, as well as managing digital assets (resizing, labelling, storing)

Desirable Skills:

Basic graphic design and editing skills using Adobe Suite / Canva (for images and short videos) Interest or experience in photography Proficient working knowledge of Excel

What You Should Know:

This is a full-time temporary position Wine knowledge is not essential in this role, however a keen interest in learning about wine will stand you in good stead and enable you to fulfil your role more effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential You'll need to be organised, creative, efficient, and a reliable team player A positive, flexible attitude and a willingness to get involved in a variety of tasks are key A full, clean driving licence is required You will report directly to the eCommerce Manager
