We are looking for a confident, organised, and professional
Assistant Wedding Co-ordinator
to support the weddings and events at our modern luxury wedding venue.
This is a
client-facing role
, ideal for someone with knowledge or experience of the
South Asian wedding industry
, who is comfortable working flexible hours including weekends and late nights.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the coordination and smooth running of weddings and events
Deliver excellent face-to-face and telephone customer service
Act as a professional point of contact for couples, families, and suppliers
Assist with venue set-up, event delivery, and breakdown
Capture and create social media content during events
Essential Requirements:
Strong client-facing and customer service skills
Knowledge or experience of South Asian weddings
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Confident, friendly, and professional in person
Comfortable using social media and creating content
Flexible availability, including weekends and late nights
Desirable:
Previous experience in weddings, events, or hospitality
Experience with social media content creation
