We're growing, and we're looking for a

Sales Manager

who understands events from enquiry to execution.

THE ROLE: SALES MANAGER

This is a people-focused, relationship-driven role where understanding events is just as important as selling them.

You'll:

Handle and convert incoming wedding, event and corporate enquiries Build strong relationships with couples, clients, and venues Create tailored proposals that excite, reassure, and convert Use your operational knowledge to sell events realistically and confidently Work closely with operations and kitchen teams to ensure seamless delivery Be a trusted point of contact throughout the client journey
YOU'RE PROBABLY:

Experienced in

event operations, planning, or coordination

Passionate about

weddings and events

A confident communicator who knows how to sell without being salesy Highly organised and great at juggling multiple enquiries Professional, calm, and solutions-focused Someone who genuinely enjoys making events happen
A NOTE ON FLEXIBILITY

Events don't always fit neatly into a 9-5.
This role includes

some evening and weekend work

, and

occasional on-site support at weddings and events

, particularly during the busy summer months. If you love being part of live events, this will feel like a perk rather than a drawback.
