Wedding Events Sales Manager

, you'll play a vital role in making this happen -- leading your department to secure new business, create unforgettable packages, and deliver world-class experiences.

What You'll Be Responsible For


Generating and managing sales leads to optimise bookings for your venue Leading client show rounds, delivering unforgettable experiences, preparing tailored quotations, and securing bookings for once-in-a-lifetime events Collaborating with the Operations Team to provide smooth, detailed handovers for Weddings and Events Hosting and attending sales meetings with Senior Management and the wider sales team to focus on growth and opportunities Acting as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers, building strong, lasting relationships Managing your schedule to maximise opportunities within your venue Training, mentoring, and developing Wedding Events Sales Coordinators (venue-specific) Producing accurate reports for the Senior Management and Support Team Taking on additional ad-hoc duties where required

Experience Skills Required


Minimum of 2 years' sales experience (essential) Proven track record of high sales conversion rates (essential) Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a team (essential) Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage a varied workload (essential) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (essential) Familiarity with RezControl (or similar PMS) systems (desirable)
