What\xe2\x80\x99s involved?
As a Wedding Coordinator your duties will include but not limited to:
- Be main point of contact for all wedding enquiries and bookings
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences
- Ensure all aspects of the wedding from venue selection to vendor management
- Manage vendors, creating timelines and ensuring all details are executed flawlessly
- Create and maintain detailed timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Coordinate and oversee all wedding day activities, including setup, vendor arrivals, ceremony, reception, and teardown
- Ensure that the wedding day runs smoothly and according to the client\xe2\x80\x99s vision
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the entire planning process
