This is a hands on role, in which you are responsible for all the details and smooth running of our couples wedding day! One of the biggest days of their lives. You Must be professional and personable at all times. You are guiding our couples through their wedding day from start to finish to ensure all their needs and wants are met. We pride ourselves on leaving a fantastic lasting impression and creating memories they shall cherish forever.

Will have experience of being the key responsible person for delivering events & weddings in hotels or other hospitality venues
Will have exceptional organisational and event delivery skills

Will have a natural front of house personality and be able to deliver high standards of customer service personally and on behalf of the business
Have an eye for detail at all times

Requirements
Own transport due to location of venue
Flexibility with working hours
Experience in hotel background and event hospitality is desirable
Essential that you are available weekends, evenings and bank holidays
Day to Day
Cover all elements of the preparation and set up, running and closing down of the venue for the wedding
Reviewing the detailed plan for the guest stay with the couple and then delivering the detailed plan over the 2 days
Single point of contact for all guests and suppliers during the wedding, on hand to assist with any situation
Managing the events team and suppliers throughout each wedding,
Guiding and leading the team as they develop
Responsible person for the venue and staff for the delivery of the wedding
Keeping guest safe through the wedding
Being approachable to guest, for any questions
Security of the site
Some cellar and stock management
Setting and checking of site to be ready for each wedding
Checking of accommodation in between weddings ensuring they are clean & ready for next wedding.
Maintaining an enjoyable and pleasant environment for guests and team members
