Weddings & Events Executive

to help grow our Weddings & Events business and deliver memorable experiences from first enquiry to final farewell.

What You'll Do:

Event Sales & Planning

Handle wedding & event enquiries, quotes, planning, and show rounds Achieve Weddings & Events sales targets Manage corporate event accounts and CRM updates Prepare final details meetings and create accurate function sheets Christmas booking administration

On-the-Day Event Delivery

Run weddings & events, including guest welcome, supplier liaison, and team supervision Coordinate food service with the kitchen Pre-book casual staff and support event team recruitment

Sales, Marketing & Promotion

Assist with Wedding Fairs, showcases, exhibitions, and community events Contribute to the Weddings & Events social media content plan and campaigns Capture photos and videos at events for marketing use Maintain wedding & events brochures, pricing, setup photos, and online pages (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest) Conduct competitor benchmarking and assist with pricing reviews

Hotel Operations Support

Support Reception and Food & Beverage teams when required Serve as Manager on Duty and complete occasional on-call shifts Champion Health & Safety and maintain first-aid training

What We're Looking For:

Passionate about hospitality and making people happy Warm, friendly, and great with people Highly organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple tasks Creative flair, strong communication, and a proactive mindset Hospitality, Tourism or Business degree helpful -- but not essential Willing to work evenings, weekends, and late finishes when events require
