Set in the heart of Suffolk, Woodhall Manor is an exclusive-use Elizabethan manor house nestled within 12 acres of manicured gardens, landscaped grounds, and atmospheric spaces. Renowned as one of Suffolk's leading wedding and celebration venues, Woodhall proudly hosts 140+ weddings every year, alongside private parties, exclusive-use stays, and immersive guest experiences.

Seckford Hall, a magnificent Tudor manor hotel, offers a contrasting yet complementary experience, blending historic grandeur with contemporary luxury. With elegant event spaces, beautiful grounds, refined dining, spa experiences, and luxury accommodation, Seckford Hall hosts around 100 weddings per year, celebrations, and bespoke events throughout the year.

Both venues form part of the Heritage Rocks collection, where history, escapism, and modern hospitality come together, delivered with passion, warmth, and creativity.

As Wedding & Events Manager, you won't just deliver exceptional weddings -- you'll help shape and elevate unforgettable guest journeys across two iconic venues.

The Opportunity

Across Woodhall Manor and Seckford Hall, weddings are our heartbeat. With 140+ weddings annually at Woodhall alone, plus a diverse calendar of celebrations and events at Seckford Hall, no two days are ever the same.

As Wedding & Events Manager, you will:

Be the dedicated point of contact for couples from confirmation through to delivery Guide clients through every planning milestone with confidence and care Lead the on-site delivery of weddings and events with flawless precision Bring each couple's vision to life, ensuring every celebration feels effortless, joyful, and unforgettable
This is a hands-on, guest-facing role for someone who thrives in a high-energy, emotionally rewarding environment and takes real pride in delivering once-in-a-lifetime moments.

What You'll Be Doing

Managing weddings, exclusive-use experiences, and events across both venues from handover to completion Hosting planning meetings, tastings, showcases, and final run-throughs Coordinating all logistics, timings, styling, and supplier requirements Leading event delivery teams on busy wedding and event days Playing a key role in delivering our new 2026 premium experiences Ensuring the signature service standards of both Woodhall Manor and Seckford Hall shine through every detail Supporting Open Days, venue tours, showcases, and promotional events Building strong, meaningful relationships with couples, clients, and trusted partners

What We're Looking For

Minimum 2 years' experience in weddings or event management A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences Outstanding organisational and communication skills A calm, confident, solutions-focused approach The ability to lead teams and manage multiple events simultaneously Creativity, enthusiasm, and a warm, client-focused personality Flexibility to work evenings and weekends Full driving licence and own transport (rural locations)
