Excellency Midlands, one of the UK's premier luxury wedding and events venues, is expanding our entertainment team. We are looking for

experienced, professional performers

to bring unforgettable moments to our clients' weddings and create a world-class guest experience.

About the Role

Performers will play a key part in delivering luxury entertainment throughout our weddings and large-scale events. You will embody elegance, professionalism, and showmanship while interacting with guests and enhancing the atmosphere of our venue.

This role is perfect for individuals with backgrounds in

performing arts, dance, immersive theatre, or live entertainment

who thrive in high-profile, fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

Host / Hostess

Greet and welcome guests on arrival. Present flowers or small tokens as part of the luxury welcome experience. Provide a warm, professional, and engaging presence.

Foyer Entertainment

Perform interactive and visually striking acts such as human chandeliers, rose-hat performers, or other unique walkabout entertainment. Create photo-worthy moments for guests as they arrive and mingle.

Wedding Entertainment

Deliver stage or floor-based performances such as ballet routines, wings dancing, or other elegant, themed acts. Engage with audiences while maintaining professionalism and consistency. Work seamlessly with other performers, event staff, and production teams.

Requirements

Experience in

performing, dancing, acting, or live arts

. Strong stage presence and confidence performing in front of large audiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to different roles (interactive hosting + performance). Commitment to professionalism, punctuality, and presentation standards. Availability across

weekends

, with weddings typically requiring

5 hours per booking

.

Pay & Schedule

Hours: ~5 hours per wedding (mainly weekends). Pay: Competitive - to be confirmed, based on role and experience. Freelance / self-employed basis.
