What will I do?

This is a pivotal role within the hotel, as you will be the first impression many of our wedding couples have. You will be responsible for managing wedding enquiries from initial contact through to confirmed bookings, building strong relationships with couples and guiding them through their wedding journey with confidence and care.


You will play a key role in bringing wedding visions to life while maximising revenue opportunities through strong sales conversion, proactive promotion of the hotel and its wedding offerings, and identifying opportunities to upsell. Working to agreed KPIs and targets, you will ensure exceptional customer service at every stage while representing the hotel professionally and passionately.

Is this the role for me?

At least one year's experience working with weddings is essential


Previous experience in a sales related role, ideally within hospitality

KPI and target driven

Strong customer service skills

Ability to multitask and think outside the box, come up with ideas to maximise opportunities
