Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented person to oversee our site operations within the hospitality sector. This pivotal role will involve managing the site maintenance with some electrical, welding and plumbing skills an advantage as would some agricultural and horticultural experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in practical work with skills to enhance our guest's pleasant experience on one of the most important days of their lives

Duties

Oversee the preparation of events. Manage the site experience for our guests. Implement and maintain robust routines to safeguard company assets and ensure experience of our guests meets their exacting requirements. Collaborate with the owners to ensure a positive experience for our clients. Supervise procedures fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development of the venue. Ensure timely completion and resolution of any issues that arise. While supporting guest's initiatives and requests.

Experience

Experience within the hospitality, agricultural, horticultural or maintenance industries is an advantage. Ability to work on your own initiative and take charge of projects is preferable Ability to supervise others as required is useful The skill of problem-solving is useful. Proficiency in hospitality management is advantageous. Communication skills to interact effectively with client's and their ideas, thus enhancing guest experiences.
